Dom’s work is rooted in hands-on fabrication: fitting and joining material, building machine structures, solving mechanical problems, integrating motion systems, wiring controls, and troubleshooting the details that determine whether a CNC plasma system performs reliably.

Plasma Cut Forge reflects that practical approach. The goal is not to present one universal setting as correct for every machine, but to help users understand the variables, begin with documented information, and improve results through controlled testing.

Dom is internationally certified in TIG and MIG/MAG welding, with qualification welds inspected by X-ray.

Atlas Motion Controller

Under development

Dom is developing the Atlas Motion Controller, a custom CNC and machine-control platform designed around industrial 48 V I/O, six- to eight-axis motion control, diagnostics, modular expansion, and practical shop-floor operation. The design will also support linear encoders and glass scales for improved positioning accuracy and closed-loop feedback.

The project brings together PCB design, embedded electronics, firmware planning, machine integration, and real-world testing. It remains an active engineering project and is not presented as a finished product.
